Sreedhar “Shred” Pillai (also known in community work as “PAPS” Pillai) is a UK-based entrepreneur, engineer and writer. He is the founder of Aandaal.io, a tourism-driven charitable Community Interest Company, and the architect behind Paybookclub and the PAYBO utility token.
His work bridges technology, creator economies and Indian cultural heritage, with a focus on building practical support systems for artists, teachers and communities.
Sreedhar started his career in engineering, mining and industrial sales, eventually serving as CEO of Capexsales Ltd (UK). This phase gave him hands-on experience in long-cycle B2B sales, operations and technology-driven business transformation across multiple countries.

In 2016–2020, Sreedhar transitioned more deeply into the digital creator space as the architect and founder of Paybookclub, one of the early “cash-for-content” social networks that aimed to reward users for their time and creativity.
